My preview of The Ultimate Fighter 16 Finale, which has some good fights because it features actual fighters and not the terrible guys who were on TUF this season.
Fight finisher Samer Kadi joins the Man Cave to look back at UFC 150 and look ahead towards this weekends Strikeforce event. We’ll spend the majority of the show talking about Ben Henderson vs. Frankie Edgar, how Edgar fought a nearly flawless fight, and why judging in MMA sucks and will continue to suck unless people change their attitude. Then we’ll quickly rundown the rest of the card before previewing Strikeforce: Rousey vs. Kaufman even quicker.
A review of UFC 150: Henderson vs. Edgar 2, which featured one bad decision, two good fights, and a bunch of other stuff.
A preview of UFC 150: Edgar vs. Henderson 2, which features two awesome main events and a bunch of other fights that could be really boring.
Monster Mortal Kombat player Samer Kadi joins the Man Cave for quite possibly our most sporadic show ever. We’ll start by talking about equipment and time issues, before actually getting into our UFC 150 preview, which features two awesome lightweight fights and a bunch of other stuff. Then we’ll end abruptly in the middle of a story about how I thought fellow 411 columnist Dan Plunkett was Fedor Emelianenko due to his twitter avatar. Just look at this like Shogun vs. Vera. If you can ignore the non-UFC 150 talk (Goldberg/Rogan during the fight) and just focus on the MMA (the actual fight) then this is a pretty good show.
