We’ll talk about “Mr. FOX” Demetrious Johnson defending his title once again on network TV, breakdown his fight against Joseph Benavidez, and preview the rest of the card, which is still solid despite some big injuries. We’ll also spend the first 30 minutes talking about the history of the WWF European title, which of course spins into a bunch of different wrestling tangents.

We’ll spend a ton of time dissecting Jon Jones’ performance against Vitor Belfort and point out how he can still improve despite already being one of the best fighters in the world.
