Samer Kadi joins the Man Cave to review UFC in FOX 6. We started by saying that we’re going to make this podcast short and then we end up going over an hour thanks to my lack of excitement for the main event, Samer railing against the UFC for not properly promoting Anthony Pettis, and both of us giving up on trying to fix judging. Plus we’ll review all the fights in between those rants.
My review of UFC on FOX 6, which was a fun card that seemed a little disappointing by the end.
Adam Tool joins the Man Cave to preview UFC on FOX 6 and talk general MMA news. We’ll look at the FOX card and give our thoughts on why Johnson vs. Dodson could kill the crowd, express our excitement for Cerrone vs. Pettis, and Adam raises an interesting question about whether or not the UFC will give Jackson a live mic if he’s victorious. Plus we’ll look at the UFC 156 card, talk about Johny Hendricks being passed over for a title shot, and discuss other news in the MMA world.
My preview of UFC on FOX 6, which is a great card highlighting the lighter weight classes.
Samer Kadi joins the Man Cave to preview this weekend’s UFC on FOX 6, which is a hell of a card that Samer didn’t know existed. We’ll talk about all the fights and wonder if the fans may turn on the main event, whether or not Quinton Jackson cares anymore, and take the UFC to task for not properly promoting Donald Cerrone vs. Anthony Pettis even though it should be the greatest fight ever.
Samer Kadi joins the Man Cave to look back at UFC 152: Jones vs. Belfort in a podcast that lasts way too long. We’ll spend a ton of time dissecting Jon Jones’ performance against Vitor Belfort and point out how he can still improve despite already being one of the best fighters in the world. Then we’ll take a look at the rest of the card including Demetrious Johnson’s outstanding performance and Michael Bisping’s typical performance. It’s been awhile since we’ve done a review event, so we made up for a lot of lost time.
My review of UFC 152: Jones vs. Belfort, which was a good card but felt like it was lacking a little something.
