My thoughts on the debut of Invicta FC highlighting what they did right, what they can improve on, and where they go from here.
Recently retired but always active Todd Bergman joins the Man Cave to review the first round of the NFL Draft, preview the NBA Playoffs, and talk a little Cincinnati Reds baseball. First we’ll rundown the entire first round of the NFL Draft and give our thoughts on each pick. Then we’ll take a look at the NBA Playoffs and preview all the first round series before giving our predictions on who will win the title. Finally we’ll talk some Reds baseball and determine whether or not it’s panic time.
Matt Paligaru joins the Man Cave to continue our NHL Playoff coverage. We’ll look back on round one and give our takes on what happened in every series, including the best performances and biggest shockers. Then we’ll preview the second round and make our picks on who will advance and in how many games. Finally we’ll talk about the fallout in Vancouver from the Canucks getting bounced in the first round and whether or not Roberto Luongo will return.
My thoughts on the outstanding defense and goaltending we’ve seen during the Western Conference playoffs.
Weekly guest Mike Brendle joins the Man Cave to continue our coverage of the NHL Playoffs. We’ll give our pick for the favorites moving forward and Mike flip flops on a ton of his first round prediction. Then we’ll discuss who will have a better career between Andrew Luck and Robert Griffin III and debate whether or not Mike Shanahan will change his system to cat we to RG3. Finally Mike questions and new found Cincinnati Reds fandom and almost gets thrown off the podcast.
411Mania ruler Larry Csonka joins the Man Cave to look back at UFC 145 and preview this weekends WWE Extreme Rules PPV. First we’ll recap UFC 145 with Larry giving his perspective from media row while I talk about the TV broadcast. Larry will give all the juicy details on his trip to Atlanta and his thoughts of the PPV. Then we’ll talk WWE, starting with a quick look back at Raw, followed by our thoughts on this Sunday’s PPV.
411Mania jack of all trades writer Steve Cook joins the Man Cave for quite possible the least insightful podcast ever. We’ll start off with our NFL mock draft where we butcher names, forget picks, and just give up by the end of it. Then we’ll talk about the Cincinnati Reds and how they’ve been playing during the early part of the season before finishing up with a hodgepodge of topics. If you like train wreck podcasts then this is for you.
I never thought I’d have a favorite baseball team or be interested in regular season games, but I now find myself actually caring about America’s slowest big four sport.
