My MMA partner in crime Samer Kadi joins the Man Cave to preview this Friday’s UFC on FX 2 show, which features a good main event and the debut of the flyweights. Plus we give the first ever geography lesson on the podcast and my dog Brandy makes a special appearance.
It’s more hockey talk as Matt Paligaru joins the Man Cave to talk about the NHL trade deadline, preview the final 20 games of the season, and give our picks for the end of the year award winners.
My best friend and hockey therapist Mike Brendle joins the Man Cave to talk about the NHL trade deadline, which was rather dead. As usual, I’ll rant about the Avalanche even though I’m happy with the team right now. Plus a little NASCAR talk and NBA All-Star game chat.
It was a long Saturday night as the UFC 144 main card was seven fights instead of the usual five. It was all worth it in the end though.
It’s the post-UFC podcast with my unofficial official co-host Samer Kadi. We’ll recap UFC 144 featuring an awesome main event between Ben Henderson and Frankie Edgar, a uninspired performance by Quinton Jackson, and some awesome moments from Hatsu Hioki, Tim Boetsch, and Anthony Pettis. Plus we have the debut of a new segment as we do live commentary during Mark Hunt vs. Cheick Kongo.
There’s a UFC show this weekend, it’s in Japan, and it’s four hours long. We’re in for a great night of fighting or a long night of dullness.
My thoughts on Avs GM Greg Sherman and his trading trigger finger.
